I was involved in redesigning Telia TV’s streaming service to align with discoveries from customer research. For this I helped the core team to integrate design thinking tools into their everyday planning and development. The result of our work was a major overhaul of Telia TV’s user experience. We delivered an array of new features, custom content curation workflows and a dedicated CMS. Throughout group sessions, prototyping and reiterating, the collaboration included some of my favourite professional highlights: coming up with unconventional ways to conduct usability testing; designing navigation and interactions for remote-controlled UI's. Telia is one of the leading media streaming providers in Scandinavia and Baltics. I helped to deliver Telia TV projects from 2017 to 2020.
